Damn, it’s been a while since I posted anything (I apologize). I was on vacation 2 weeks ago, and I feel like I’m still on vacation mode. Y’all know how it is. Anyway, I had the opportunity to go visit the beautiful island of Oahu and chill with some family in Pearl City. While I was there, I got the chance to meet up with Todd, Ryan, Jun, Justin and Keith from In4mation last week while I was enjoying the Hawaiian sun. If y’all don’t know about In4mation, they’ve been in the game for quite some time. They’re Hawaii’s premiere retailer of skate and streetwear located at Ward Warehouse in Honolulu. They also got another store called Aloha Army located in Waikiki. The crew at In4mation are well respected in the industry and it’s great knowing that they took some time out to meet with me, despite their busy schedules. It’s the first time I met ‘em, and they’re the coolest cats you’d ever meet, definitely treated me like family. If you’re ever in the Dallas area make sure you stop by and see Darren and the crew at ADIKT. It’s a dope spot that carries sneakers, toys and streetwear brands that are not readily available in the area. I actually got a chance to check it out since my flight got canceled and I’m glad I did ’cause I picked up some kicks to take home with me. The crew Hannah, Farris and store owner Darren are hella cool peoples, so don’t be afraid to hit ‘em up. Yo Kev-One…Hannah is a K1X Rep, you need to holla at her! House of Hoops

Not sure if many of you know about this, but early this year Nike and Foot Locker launched a basketball-themed store called House of Hoops. This store will have everything basketball. From footwear, apparel, to equipment, House of Hoops promises to be a hub for all things basketball. “House of Hoops will give consumers who live and breathe basketball culture a unique retail experience not seen in the market today,” said Nike brand President Charles Denson.

Wow! This is heaven for all Bball Junkies! They plan to open 50 stores in the next 3 years; some may be conversions of old Foot Locker stores, others are new creations. Look for one in your area, some include Las Vegas, Houston, Chicago and Los Angeles. Peep out the one that opened up in Harlem just recently.

Undefeated X Spalding

Check out the second basketball collaboration with Undefeated X Spalding that comes out November 16th only at Undefeated stores. The first collabo was Black & Silver, this time it’s White & Gold. Only 150 basketballs made. I need to get one.
